PUNE
A major real-estate development company was seeking a light-filled design for their new grade A office building at Baner located in the West side of Pune. The new space aims to foster learning and empowerment with a new centre of excellence for Information Technology, Co-working, Business collaboration and knowledge transfer. Actual designed the complete interiors so as to bring employees and their clients together to learn, grow, collaborate both physically and virtually.
Designed by Actual on a 25 acre remote, verdant site, a relaxing atmosphere permeates this boutique resort. Pristine waterbodies and luxurious landscapes are the canvas onto which the indoor spaces unfold. Architectural details, tropical wooden furniture and an idyllic landscape make this resort an exceptional, reinvented piece of paradise which further reduces carbon footprint due to its use of Solar Power.
