A Modern Living Space

Integrating common spaces, enhancing circulation and warm elements were the three main premises followed in the renovation of this 1700 Sq. Ft. apartment located in Pune.

An original small balcony was incorporated into the large open-plan living room. From the large UPVC French Door in the living room one can see the lush green area of the Pune University Campus. The abundant natural light is multiplied by the use of Beige wallpaper.

The owners wanted the kitchen to be functionally designed to service the dining area. The space dedicated to the dining area was incorporated alongside the main living area. A counter of Dark Emperador marble is now surrounded by wooden custom cabinets by Häfele.

Wooden flooring was used in the bedrooms to add warmth. In the master bedroom, a mural with a marble design frames the bed. To create different moods in the space the architects designed a special lighting project, all part of the wish list of the owner. The whole renovation took 8 months from project to delivery of the keys
